Welcome to We Hear You Mental Health!

We offer a supportive, non-judgmental service, based on the trauma-informed principles of safety, trust, collaboration, choice, and empowerment. We aim to help you build clarity and practical coping strategies to navigate life’s challenges, in a way that fits your goals and circumstances.

We offer a number of services including psychology and counselling therapy and supervision.

We offer convenient online telehealth appointments, in-person sessions based in southern Adelaide, and NDIS services in your home or other appropriate location.
